Green Idea Technical Services LLC (GI) is a contracting firm formed in Dubai which claims its expertise in rendering, floor coating, Wall insulation and Waterproofing solutions. Green Idea (GI) is an integral part of Green Concept Group which is well founded as Green Concept Trading & Contracting LLC in Sultanate of Oman and Green Concept Builders & Developers in India. The company is a conception of a dream by like-minded people with fifteen years of Middle-East experience, incessantly envisioning a construction firm founded on hard work and realistic approach.
We pride ourselves on being skilled and experienced in all aspects of civil contracting & Specialty coating and this, combined with our extensive knowledge of the Middle Eastern market, has poised to be an established major player in this industry.

In the year 2002-2010, GI team worked in a UAE based Construction Company since its inception. In 2011, to realize the team's vision, Green Concept Trading & Contracting LLC was established in Sultanate of Oman.
Next milestone to establish a core construction company Green Concept Builders & Developers in India was achieved by 2015. The company has now become medium-sized with increased staff levels and turnover. Since 2011, company has gone from strength to strength, taking on larger and more ambitious projects. Project and contract management systems have been reengineered to guarantee customer satisfaction.
In 2017, the team further resolved to spread its wings in Dubai, UAE it's most ambitious venture and established its contracting firm as Green Idea Technical Services LLC
